Refund Policy

Welcome to Little Mountain Coffee!

At Little Mountain Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and blends. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Who We Are

Little Mountain Coffee is operated in support of Guatemalan Educational Outreach (GEO), a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities in Guatemala through education, vocational training, and health initiatives. Every purchase you make directly contributes to this mission by helping fund scholarships, community development, and educational infrastructure in rural Guatemalan communities.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and at least 80% of the contents must remain intact.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and proof of delivery (e.g. tracking number or delivery confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed coffee bags
Gift cards or downloadable products (e.g., digital brewing guides)
Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”.

Initiating a Return

Contact Us: Email or****@******************ee.org with the subject “Return Request – Order #12345.”
ii. Provide Details: In your message, include: a) Order number, b) Date of purchase, , c) Item(s) you wish to return, d) Reason for return and e) Photo of the unopened package (if you received damaged goods).
iii. Authorization: Once we review your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions.

Shipping Your Return

Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Carrier Choice: You may use any reputable carrier; we recommend using tracking and insurance.
Packaging: Securely package the product to prevent damage in transit. Include the RA# on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned, or if the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Before Shipping: You may cancel or modify your order at no charge if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may follow the standard return process above.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at su*****@******************ee.org with photos of the damage or defect and our order number.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The updated version will always be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
